Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, leadership, and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at the company PT Mentari Prima Niaga Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study were employees of PT Mentrai Prima Niaga, totaling 37 respondents. Testing this research using quantitative methods in order to explain in detail in the description of the statistical test to analyze the results obtained. The results of this study indicate that the discipline and leadership variables in the partial test have no effect on employee performance, but the work motivation variable has a significant effect on employee performance because it shows a significant value less than 0.05. While the simulatan test shows that the variables of discipline, leadership, and work motivation have an influence on employee performance by 75,7%.
