Abstract

Business development strategy is very important to develop its business. Ambivert is a coffee shop that has experienced a reduction in visitors so research is being carried out to form a business development strategy. This research first identifies the company’s internal and external factors, then determines the strategy and finally ranks the existing straregies. The result of the study indicate that the internal factor has a value of 2.923 while the external factor has a value of 2.625 which of the two values indicates that Ambivert Coffee is in quandrant V, which means that Ambivert Coffee must be hold and maintained. From the result of the QSPM calculation, there are 3 priority alternative strategies that have the highest value, namely: (1) Adding coffee and non-coffee menus, (2) Creating a comfortable coffee shop concept, (3) increasing marketing on social media.
