Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion and brand image on ShopeeFood Customer Satisfaction in the Sukoharjo District Community, to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative. The research was conducted using the Convinence sampling technique on 100 ShopeeFood Sukoharjo customers. Data was collected through a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The results showed 1) Service Quality had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of X₁ = 0.205 2) Promotion had a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of the regression coefficient X₂ = 0.153 3) Brand image had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with coefficient of regression value X₃ = 0.551.
