Abstract
Human resources are very important for the sustainability of an organization. In organizations, there are often various problems in the management of human resources, due to the limited ability of human resources themselves so that there are some jobs that cannot be completed properly. So that in the organization it is necessary to make improvements in employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze leadership styles, benefits, job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used in this study is Quantitative. The population and samples used in this study were teachers and employees of SMP N 1 Banjarejo, Blora Regency, totaling 60 people. The sample collection technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research related to the Effect of Leadership Style, Benefits, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees of SMP N 1 Banjarero, Blora Regency, it can be concluded that, Leadership Style Variables have a significant positive influence on Performance variables (at significance 0.05), Allowance Variables have a significant positive influence on Performance variables (at 0.05 significance), Job Satisfaction Variables have a positive but not significant influence against the Performance variable (at significance 0.05).
