Abstract
This study aims to describe the Implementation of Discipline Character and Responsibility in Karang Taruna (Case study in Cangkol Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency). This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis uses an interactive model through data collection, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data using data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of the Character of Discipline and Responsibility of the Youth Organization. Based on the results of research on the implementation of the character of discipline and responsibility, namely arriving on time for an activity or event, obeying the rules, and carrying out tasks according to the specified time. responsibility for all actions. 2) Constraints on the Implementation of the Character of Discipline and Responsibility in Karang Taruna. Based on the results of research related to obstacles in the implementation of the character of discipline and responsibility, which are not much different from the implementation that has been carried out, the obstacle here is that there are still some members of youth organizations who are still late or arrive on time, there are still those who violate the rules that have been made and there are several who do not complete assignments on time. 3) Discipline and Responsibility Character Solutions for Karang Taruna. Based on the results of research for a solution to the impact of implementing the character of discipline and proper responsibility, namely by providing a socialization for both administrators and youth youth members. This socialization is so that all members of the youth group can be better and maximal in participating in all activities in the youth organization and in the future it can be even better.
