Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing, commitment and motivation on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for J&T Express employees in Purwodadi. This research is expected to be a guideline for J&T Express managers in determining factors that can increase employee job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research and uses primary data. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that 1) knowledge sharing has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior 2) commitment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior 3) motivation has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior 4) knowledge sharing has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable 5) commitment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable 6) motivation has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
