Abstract
This study was made to analyze the effect of promotion, price and service quality on the purchasing decisions of Roti Boy consumers. This research is included in associative research. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population and sample of this study were students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who had purchased products at Roti Boy who met the requirements as a sample in this study, 100 people. The measurement scale in this study is 5 likert. The data analysis used was SPSS version 25. The results of the data analysis in this study showed that promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
