Abstract
The culinary business in the city of Surakarta is an interesting phenomenon to study. Because this culinary business makes the competition that occurs in this business becomes very tight. The unique taste and superiority of the products offered to consumers is a challenge in itself. It also demands creativity and innovation as well as the courage to try new products. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, and E-WOM on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Respondents in this study were 155 people who were conducted through an online survey using google form. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique. Test the validity and reliability using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing uses the outer model and the inner smartPLS model. The results of the analysis show that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between store atmosphere, service quality, and E-WOM on customer loyalty partially.
