Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and religious beliefs on the performance productivity of employees at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Rembang. This research is a type of quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The data collection method uses a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire which is taken online using a Google form with a population or research subject of 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques using instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. In the instrument analysis test using validity and reliability tests. In the classic assumption test using normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. While in the hypothesis test using linear regression analysis, t test, and f test. The test tool used is SPSS. The results of the data analysis show that: 1) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance productivity, 2) Religious belief has a positive and significant effect on performance productivity.
