Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on the performance of DPUPR employees in Sragen Regency. To analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of DPUPR employees in Sragen Regency. To analyze the effect of burnout on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. To analyze the effect of workload and motivation on burnout with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with a population of all DPUPR employees of Sragen Regency and the sample using the Slovin formula is known as many as 68 respondents. Based on the results of the study indicate that the workload variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The motivation variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The workload variable has a significant effect on brunch. The motivation variable has a significant effect on brunch. The satisfaction variable has a significant effect on brunch. The workload variable has a significant effect on burnout through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The motivation variable has a significant effect on burnout through job satisfaction as a mediating variable
