Abstract

The research objectives are: 1. to describe effect of teacher salaries on his/her performance. 2. to describe effect of direct teacher hours on his/her teacher performance. 3. to describe effect of teacher salaries and direct teacher hours on his/her performance. This research used quantitative type with a census research design with 67 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2), relative contribution, effective contribution. The results of data analysis obtained regression equation Y = 20.578 + 1.685X1 + 1.058X2. This is evidenced by the calculated Fvalue > Fof the table which is 30.539 > 3.14 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The teacher salary variable contributed relatively 57% and the effective contribution of 28.05%. The variable working hours contributed 43% and the effective contribution of 20.78%. The calculation results for the coefficient of determination (R2) are 0.488, which means that 48.8% of teacher performance is influenced by teacher salaries and direct teacher hour.
