Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work climate and compensation on job satisfaction of doctors at Kayen Pati Hospital, either partially or simultaneously. The research design is explanatory research and the type of research is quantitative with survey method. Sampling in this study is by using the census method, namely the number of population as a sample of 32 doctors. This study uses a validity test by comparing the calculated r values with r tables and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha values > 0.7. Normality test using kormogolov smirnov, multicollinearity test with tolerance and VIF values, heteroscedasticity test using glejser test. Regression analysis using the Adj R2 test, F test, and hypothesis testing with a standard beta coefficient value and a significance level of <0.05. The test results show that partially or simultaneously that the work climate and compensation have a positive and significant effect on doctor's job satisfaction.
