Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of employee recognition, reward and work stress on employee performance with perceived organization support as a mediating variable. This research is included in quantitative research. The population of this research is the employees of PT Andalan Tehnik Tekstil. The samples collected in this study were 128 respondents. The sample selection technique is using purposive sampling where the sample is determined based on certain criteria. The data used is primary data where data is obtained from respondents' answers through questionnaires that have been given SmartPLS 3.0 is used in research as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that (1) employee recognition has no significant effect on perceived organization support. (2) reward has a positive and significant effect on perceived organization support. (3) work stress has no significant effect on perceived organization support. (4) rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (5) employee recognition has no significant effect on employee performance (6) work stress has no significant effect on employee performance. (7) perceived organization support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (8) The perceived organization support variable does not have a mediating effect on the work stress variable on the employee performance variable (9) The perceived organization support variable does not have a mediating effect on the Employee recognition variable on the employee performance variable. (10) The reward variable is able to provide a mediating effect on the perceived organization support variable on the employee performance variable.
