Abstract
Development is a process of finding ideas for new goods and services and converting them into additional commercially successful product lines. Village potential is all Natural Resources and Human Resource contained in a village. This study aims to (1) describe the development of waluh eggroll ngudi roso, (2) describe the development of waluh eggroll through the role of the Women Farmers Group, (3) to describe the development of waluh eggrolls through the use of natural resource. This type of research uses qualitative research with a research design that is a case study. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the development of waluh eggroll production could increase the village's potential, including the development of waluh eggroll into various flavors and utilizing the existing potential through the Women Farmers Group organization consisting of housewives. With the aim that housewives are able to play an active, productive and creative role so as to help improve the economy of the family community in Ngroto Village so as to increase the potential of Ngroto Village. The conclusion of this study is that the role of the Women Farmers Group and the use of natural resources can help develop Ngudi Roso's waluh eggroll product.
