Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing strategy carried out to increase the sales of Endhole Jaya Potato Donuts. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The validity of the power is carried out by using Source Triangulation and Technical Triangulation techniques. As for the data analysis technique using an interactive model, namely the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data inference. The results showed that the marketing strategy of Endhoe Jaya Potato Donuts was carried out using the 7P marketing mix, namely 1. Attractive packaging products and the presence of a PIRT sticker, Potato Donuts have good quality and are suitable for consumption using quality potato as basic ingredients and can be stored in froozen, 2. The price of donuts is affordable and quite competitive with other products on the market, 3. Determination of strategic locations and timely distribution to distributors. 4. Promotion by utilizing social media (whatsapp, instagram), 5. The process of course has several different processes depending on the thing being done, 6. skilled, creative and innovative workers, 7. the facilities used are adequate to support the running of a business. business, and also a clean place. The update for this Thesis lies in Potato donut product which uses 7P Marketing Strategy. With this marketing strategy, there was a sale of Endhole Jaya potato donuts.
