Abstract
This study aims to describe the Noble Moral Development Strategy for male MSW Santri at Al Uhuwah Sukoharjo Islamic Boarding School in 2021 and identify obstacles and solutions in the MSW Santri Noble Moral Development Strategy at Al Uhuwah Sukoharjo Islamic Boarding School in 2021. This research is motivated by the importance of coaching morals and how the moral development strategy will be used in this Al Ukhuwah Sukoharjo Islamic boarding school. Therefore, the Guidance of Noble Morals at the Al Ukhuwah Islamic Boarding School Sukoharjo is a good solution for students and ordinary people as well. In every program and activity they carry out there are many noble moral values in it. This type of research is a type of field research (field research). The research approach in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies. In obtaining valid data to support the research, this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation in data collection. The data analysis technique used in this study uses data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing and data verification. Then to ensure the validity of the data, technique triangulation and source triangulation are used. This study concludes that the Strategy for Guiding Noble Santri at MSW Al Ukhuwah Sukoharjo Islamic Boarding School in 2021 is carried out in 2 stages: the strategy used here uses a strategy: a personal approach, good habituation, providing good role models, through OSWAH cadres. Then the obstacles in the Strategy for Guiding the Noble Morals of the male students of MSW Al Ukhuwah Sukoharjo Islamic Boarding School in 2021 are based on two factors, namely internal factors and external factors.
