Abstract
This study aims to determine the marketing strategy and the obstacles experienced by the Laundry Pelangi business in Jajar Hamlet, Laweyan District, Surakarta when implementing this marketing strategy. This type of research is qualitative research. The research subject is the owner of the Laundry Pelangi business and several Laundry customers. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data, triangulation source and triangulation technique/method) was used. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the laundry continuity process during the pandemic is still the same, there are no significant changes, business actors apply a new strategy in the form of free shuttle services, and business owners and employees are consistent in doing their work so as not to disappoint customers.
