Abstract
School well-being is a satisfaction with their needs at school so that they feel prosperous. Indicators in school well-being are having (school conditions), loving (social relationships), being (self-fulfillment), and health (health status). This study aims to determine the efforts to optimize school well-being in TK Pertiwi Sidodadi 2 Sragen. The design of this research is a description of the type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subject of this research is the Principal of TK Pertiwi Sidodadi 2 Sragen. Analysis of the data used interactive analysis model from Miles and Hubermans. The results showed that in school well-being has four aspects including having, loving, being and health there are components in the dimensions that have been fulfilled but there are still components that have not been fulfilled. Efforts to optimize schools in school well-being prepare facilities and infrastructure for students, mutually contributing relationships between teachers and parents in the welfare of students, and strengthening student health services. Schools and stakeholders have a responsibility in implementing the prosperous school program so they must prepare for strengthening the policy
