Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing management of Desy Bakery's home industry in Catur Village, Boyolali Regency, the inhibiting factor for Desy Bakery's industrial marketing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The interviewees in this study were business owners, employees, resellers and consumers. Based on the results of the research conducted, the results show that: 1) The marketing strategy carried out by the Desy Bakery home industry so far has been quite good but needs to be improved in order to achieve broader marketing goals. 2) Barriers in marketing the desi bakery industry are products that do not last long, lack of use of social media for promotion, marketing reach only to the surrounding community. The need for increasing new marketing strategies so that marketing reach can be wider by utilizing social media, increasing the number of resellers.
