Abstract
Classroom learning still uses less innovative learning methods so that students are less interested in learning activities. Therefore, innovation is needed to develop HOTS-based interactive media to improve students' critical thinking patterns accompanied by animation. This research aims to attract students' interest in learning and understanding and find out the feasibility of products related to the Web Browser Advanced Features material which is equipped with animation. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) development research with a 4D model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). This interactive learning media has been tested by 2 media experts with the average result of the media expert's V coefficient of 0.88 which was declared valid according to the Aiken's V table, the material trial was carried out by 2 material experts with the average result of the material expert's V coefficient of 0.91 which was declared valid and the results of the interpretation test conducted by 10 class IX students got a score of 62% so that it was included in the category of "Agree".
