Abstract
The objectives of this study are 1) knowing the teacher's program in improving the social interaction of autistic children in Saymara Inclusion Preschool, and 2) knowing the teacher's efforts in improving the social interaction of autistic children in Saymara Inclusion Preschool 3) explaining the impact of special accompanying teachers in increasing social interaction with autistic children in Saymara Inclusion Preschool. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. Data validation techniques use source triangulation and data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman. The results showed that: 1) Special assistance teacher programs improve the social interaction of autistic children in Saymara Inclusion ECCE in accordance with the goals, functions, and models of inclusion education 2) Teacher efforts in improving the social interaction of autistic children in Saymara Inclusion Early Childhood with a series of strategies in the form of methods, techniques and tactics. Teachers use the approach of autistic children through understanding character with PPI, regular communication with parents, repeated advice and giving rewards and punishments. 3) the impact of the efforts of special accompanying teachers in increasing social ineraction on autistic children in Saymara Inclusion Preschool, namely the growth of positive children with autistic children starting to follow their friends' behavior, openness is characterized by children being able to communicate 2 ways and the growth of empathy is marked by children starting to share with their friends.
