Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected most aspects of the world of education. One of the aspects affected by this change is the subjective well-being of teachers. This study aims to determine the relationship between gratitude, social support and school climate with subjective well-being of elementary school teachers. The correlational quantitative method was used in this study. All elementary school teachers became the population of this study, according to the criteria determined by the researcher, the number of samples of the researchers was 120 teachers. Purpusive sampling method was used in taking research samples. The measuring instrument of this study includes 4 scales, namely the gratitude scale which includes 20 items, the social support scale which includes 23 items, the school climate scale which includes 18 items and the subjective welfare scale which includes 25 items. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to show the value of the correlation between gratitude, social support and school climate with subjective well-being and obtained an R value of 0.171 with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of this study conclude that there is a relationship between gratitude, social support and school climate with the subjective well-being of elementary school teachers. The effective contribution of gratitude, social support, social climate to subjective well-being is 16.951%. Keyword : gratitude, sosial support, school climate and subjektif well being
