Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on work performance (empirical study of employees at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta). The sample in this study was 36 respondents, employees of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, using a questionnaire as data collection. data collection techniques canoe non-probability sampling method. The analysis used includes (validity test and reliability test) multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the F test, the results of work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on work performance, from the results of the T test, the results of work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.
