Abstract
This study aims to analyze the direct effect of transformational leadership on work quality, as well as the indirect effect of transformational leadership through employee performance. The population of this study were teachers in Cluster 3 Gajah Mada Korwil 3 and the sample studied was 75 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data analysis technique used is SEM- PLS whose calculations are assisted by the smart-PLS3.2.9 program. The analysis of the model is done by analyzing the outer model and inner model. The results show that transformational leadership has 4 indicators including individual considerations that have an effect on work quality and ideal influence, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation have a negative effect on work quality. Mediation results show that employee performance is only able to mediate individual considerations and intellectual stimulation on employee performance
