Abstract
The puppeteers of the Sriwedari Surakarta puppet art still exist today, despite the various obstacles they face. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the subjective well-being of art performers is increasingly felt to be lacking. This study aims to examine the relationship between resilience and self-efficacy with subjective well-being of Sriwedari Surakarta puppeteers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects in this study were puppeteers of the Sriwedari people of Surakarta. The number of samples in the study was 53 subjects using accidental sampling technique. By using a quantitative approach, the method of data collection is using a questionnaire.
