Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work from home and work environment on the performance of study employees at PT Askrindo and PT Jamkrindo. This research is quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents to employees of PT Askrindo and PT Jamkrindo with a questionnaire method distributed directly to employees. The analytical method used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. Testing and analyzing data using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of the analysis show that work from home has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance..
