Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ease of use and interface quality on customer satisfaction on mobile banking users. The variables used are ease of use (X1) and Interface Quality (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). This research uses multiple linear regresion analysis technique. For data collection, this study used an online questionnaire which was distributed to respondents via google form with a total of 163 respondents. The results of the processed research data showed that the ease of use variable had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. however, Interface Quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction.
