Abstract
In maintaining the survival and development of the company, the company must carry out various activities in the management of these factors of production, namely production, marketing, personnel, spending, research, development and other management information systems. The company can develop better because it has solid and quality human resources. Therefore, this study aims to find empirical evidence regarding affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuous commitment to employee performance. The population in this study are employees who work in Perum Perhutani KPH Ngawi. By using saturated samples as a sampling technique, the samples used in this study were 150 respondents. The test equipment in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that affective commitment and continuous commitment affect employee performance. Meanwhile, normative commitment has no effect on employee performance.
