Abstract
This study aims to determine the direct influence of the outsourcing system, the recruitment process, or the performance competencies of employees with the quality of the work they produce, as well as the indirect effect of the recruitment process, outsourcing system, work competence on job satisfaction produced. The population of this study is an outsourcing employee who works as a security guard, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and the sample studied is 79 respondents. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS whose calculations are assisted by the Smart-PLS 3.2.9 program. model analysis is done by analysis of the outer model and the analysis of the inner model. The results of the analysis of the outsourcing system and self-ability have a positive and significant effect on the quality of the resulting performance, while recruitment has no effect on the quality of work. Work ability has a positive and significant effect on the work quality of Outsourcing employees through job satisfaction as an intervening variable and employee recruitment and outsourcing systems have no effect on job satisfaction
