Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of work motivation, organizational communication, and work discipline on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of the Center for Brackish Water Aquaculture (BBPBAP) in Jepara Regency. The population in this study were 168 employees, and the sample used was all employees of the Jepara Brackish Water Aquaculture Center (BBPBAP), namely 168 respondents. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational communication and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). There is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
