Abstract

Rumah Tahfidz Daarul 'Ilmi Salatiga is one of the Tahfidz House foundations which was established in 2017 under the auspices of PPPA Daarul Qur'an Nusantara. The implementation of activities at this foundation is followed by a semi-lodge system. Because of this semi-lodge system, one of the things that is vulnerable in the continuity of this activity is permission. However, the student permit data recorded by the administrator is still in manual form and has not used the system. There is a possibility that later these records may be lost. The loss of this record can be fatal. Based on the problems that have been described, the purpose of the research is to create a computerized web-based information system that makes it easier for administrators to input data on student permits. This system is made for HQ, admin and students. This system includes the management of room data, the community, and also the most important thing is the recording of permission data. Designed using the language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming and MySQL database as well as through the Waterfall method. System testing by method Black Box testing and System Usability Scale. The results of the test showed that the final result was 62 of 12 respondents who received this system well and it can be concluded that this system has met the criteria according to the purpose software design.
