Abstract

The study was aimed at recognizing the effect training would have on the performance of barbarokah sukoharjo's workers. To understand the effect training had on the skills of barbarokah sukoharjo's textile mill. To know the impact the skills will have on the performance of the barbarokah factory workers sukoharjo. To see how training affects the performance of employees mediated by the skills of the barbarokah textile workers. The population and samples in this study are those who work at the barbarokah sukoharjo textile factory, and the number of respondents in this study as many as 87. The data-analysis technique used is smart-pls that compute with smartpls 3 programs. The results of the training analysis affect performance. Training has an impact on skills. Skills affect performance. The training affected the performance of employees who were mediated by employee skills
