Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, sales growth, and asset structure on capital structure. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data in the form of financial statements of real estate and property companies. Techniques in determining samples using purposive sampling methods. The data analysis used is classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2), T test and F. Test Results of this study indicate that liquidity has negative and significant effects on capital structure. While profitability, sales growth, and asset structures have no significant effect on capital structure.
