Abstract
This study aims to (1) describe the marketing strategy applied to the sale of wingko babat, (2) to describe the production system made to order in the sale of wingko babat. This study uses a qualitative research type with an ethnographic design. The data obtained from this research are interviews with informants to find out the marketing and production systems applied by the non-label wingko tripe home industry. Data collection techniques used by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The credibility test is used to determine whether the data provided by the source is true or not. The data analysis technique used is data analysis arranged on the site which includes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) the marketing applied by the non-label wingko babat home industry is product strategy, product pricing, product distribution, and product promotion, (2) the made-to-order production system has an important role in selling wingko babat home products. non-labeled industry.
