Abstract
According to a survey by the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (2020), 94.69% of MSME players experienced a decline in sales, the decline in sales was none other than the impact of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the economy of people in various parts of indonesia, including the people of Sragen Regency. Masaran District is the largest batik-producing industrial area in Sragen Regency. The Covid-19 pandemic certainly has an impact on the sustainability of home-made batik SMEs in Masaran District, therefore this study aims to; 1) knowing the distribution of sales of Batik products in Masaran District. 2) find out the impact of covid-19 on MSMEs (Batik Home Industry in Masaran District, Sragen Regency). 3) find out the strategies carried out by home industry batik SMEs in Masaran District to survive the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The distribution of sales of batik products in Masaran District has spread to outside the city, including Brebes, Tegal, Pemalang, Blora, etc. So the limitation of mobility, of course, greatly affects the distribution of batik products. There are two impacts that occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic on the MSMEs of the Masaran batik home industry, namely the impact on sales and income and the impact on the production process and employees. There are at least 3 ways to survive the home industry batik MSMEs in Masaran District during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely procuring discounts on batik products, promotions in online form and online sales through market places or social media.
