Abstract
This study aims to describe the marketing strategy applied by PT. Diras Concept in order to improve the company's performance, and also identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and marketing threats in PT. Diras Concept. Diras Concept. This research was conducted at PT. Diras Consept which is located in Dukuh Luwang Village, Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency. This type of research is field research (Field Research) using a qualitative approach by using documentation data, observations and interviews in collecting data in the field. Qualitative data analysis of this study uses 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. Analysis of the internal environment of PT. Diras Concept which consists of Strenght (strength) includes international standard certification, prioritizing slick quality, all products (chairs and cushions) all homemade, professional staff performance where each staff holds more than 2 buyers, and an adequate loading bay so that it can fit more than 3 containers. Analysis of the external environment of PT. Diras Concept which consists of Opportunity (opportunity) covers a wide market scope where PT. Diras Concept has reached buyers from all continents, strong buyer relationships that create a relationship between buyers and suppliers (PT. Diras Concept) Diras Concept) lasts for a long time, the certification owned makes the quality of factories and goods not in doubt by buyers, and mergers with several companies in Cirebon make the company's ability to receive orders in large quantities can be carried out properly. Analysis using cartesius diagrams showed that PT. Diras Concept is in quadrant I, where the quadrant is a very favorable situation for the company by supporting aggressive policies (Growth Oriented Strategy).
