Abstract

Maintenance activities have a very important role in supporting the smooth operation of a system as desired. In addition, maintenance activities also aim to minimize costs or losses caused by engine damage. This research has been carried out at PT. Aneka Dharma Persada is engaged in the construction service business and requires heavy equipment assistance. Therefore, maintenance and repair of heavy equipment is needed to improve the quality of operating activities. The conclusion of this study is that maintenance is carried out to prevent the unit from experiencing trouble during operation in the field and the maintenance process must be carried out in stages from preparation to the unit READY for use.
