Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management on organizational performance with innovation capability as an intervening variable in batik business in Surakarta City. This research data uses primary data through a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The sample selection in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with a saturated sampling technique. The population and sample in this study were 70 batik business actors in the city of Surakarta. This research was analyzed using PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management had a significant positive effect on innovation capability; entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, innovation capability have a significant positive effect on organizational performance; entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management have a positive effect on organizational performance through innovation capability as an intervention.
