Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work facilities on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency, to analyze the effect of rewards on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency, and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency. The type of research conducted by the researcher is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the DPUPR Sragen Regency. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique, so that the sample in this study is 76 employees who work outside the office or field at DPUPR Sragen Regency. This research uses SPSS IBM 21.0. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study stated that the partial test showed that work facilities had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency, reward had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency.
