Abstract

This study aims to analyze career orientation and job description adjustments to the career maturity of Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel employees. This research is a quantitative research using a sample of 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results of the analysis show that career orientation has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee career maturity and job description has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee career maturity
