Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived complementarity on continuance intention through mediation of satisfaction. The survey was conducted on 100 consumers or users of the PizzaHut Indonesia mobile application in the Batam City area who have used or made a minimum purchase twice using the PizzaHut Indonesia mobile application by distributing online questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by SEM analysis using the evaluation of the PLS model through the Smart PLS program. The results showed that the expectation confirmation had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, perceived complementarity had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on continuance intention. And expectation confirmation had a positive and significant effect on continuance intention.
