Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of green ability and green training on employee performance mediated by green motivation. This research is a type of kuantitative. The population and sample of this study were 85 employees of the department of public works and spatial planning in ngawi regency. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that green ability has no significant effect on green motivation, while green training has a significant effect on green motivation, besides that green ability has a significant effect on employee performance, while green training is not significant on employee performance, then for green motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, well as for green motivation to mediate negative between the effect of green ability on employee performance, while green motivation is able to positive mediate the effect of green training on employee performance.
