This research uses analytic observational method with cross sectional design. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling method with 39 subjects. How to collect data for the amount of consumption by using a consumption questionnaire and for the incidence of anemia by checking Hb levels using the Cyanmenthemoglobin method. Test the data hypothesis using the Fisher's Exact Test. The results of this study showed that of the 23 respondents who had good iron intake consumption, there were 74.1% of respondents who did not experience anemia and 25% who had anemia and of the 16 respondents who had poor consumption, 75% had anemia and 25.9% did not. have anemia. The p value for the relationship between the amount of consumption and the incidence of anemia was 0.006 with an OR of 0.117 (95% CI 0.024-0.558) that the consumption of TTD was a protective factor against the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. The conclusion of this study is that the consumption of blood-added tablets (TTD) is a risk factor for the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Gladagsari Health Center. K
