Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the GRDP Growth Rate, Open Unemployment Rate, and Average Years of Schooling on the Poverty Level in West Java Province in 2017-2020. The results of this study indicate that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is the chosen model. Based on the F test, the variables of the GDP growth rate, the open unemployment rate, and the average length of schooling both have an effect on the poverty level. Based on the effect validity test or t test, the GRDP rate variable has a negative and significant effect, the open unemployment rate has a negative and insignificant effect, the average length of schooling has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in West Java Province in 2017-2020.
