Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence Economic Growth in West Java Province in 2016-2020. The variables used in this research are Poverty, Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), and Human Development Index (IPM) as independent variables, Economic Growth in West Java as dependent. The variables in this study used secondary data obtained through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Java. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using panel data analysis method. Based on the results of the study, the variable Economic Growth can be explained by variations in the Poverty and Human Development Index variables that have a negative effect on Economic Growth, while the Labor Force Participation Rate has no effect on Economic Growth.
