Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the implementation of the cooperation agreement with the Civil Code and to find out the problems that arise in the implementation of the cooperation agreement for the supply and supply of clean water between Dr Oen Surakarta Hospital and Air Lawu. The cooperation agreement for the provision of clean water aims to meet the clean water needs of Dr Oen Hospital Surakarta. In this study, the researcher used an empirical juridical approach, namely the research started from researching secondary data and then continued with research on primary data in the field. The results showed that the implementation of the cooperation agreement between Air Lawu and Dr Oen Surakarta Hospital was in default. Dr Oen Surakarta Hospital defaulted on Air Lawu, namely being late in paying the bill, the bill should have been paid a maximum of 2 (two) working days but Dr Oen Surakarta Hospital only paid 4 (four) working days after the bill was given by Air Lawu, so the problem of default is The agreement has ended but unfortunately Air Lawu cannot provide a fine because the agreement does not explain the fine, interest and loss. The researcher used descriptive research and data collection methods in the form of interviews and literature studies where library data were obtained through the Cooperation Agreement for the Provision and Procurement of Clean Water between Dr Oen Surakarta Hospital and Air Lawu. The weakness arising from the cooperation agreement is that there is no article that discusses fines, interest and losses.
