Abstract

This study aims to find out the reality of buying and selling diamonds in the legend mobile game in itemku, then the author analyzes it from the perspective of maslahah. The benefits of this study can be a study for other authors including universities, other educational institutions and the community regarding the concept of maslahah in the use of diamond mobile legends. It can also be a reference that can provide information about the concept of maslahah in the use of diamond mobile legends. The research method uses a qualitative method with observational data collection techniques, interviews through mobile legends squad RTG gamers, and documentation of the research location in Surakarta. The results of the study indicate that there is a discrepancy in the pillars of Islamic buying and selling in the maslahah perspective, the delivery of diamonds being traded is not appropriate, the sale and purchase is invalid because it is not in accordance with what was agreed upon because when the goods purchased are not in accordance with the original agreement, the system has full power over the goods. it falls.
