Abstract
The development of the banking industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly and every bank is competing with each other to reach customers. Various efforts have been made to be at the forefront and customer loyalty is an important aspect to maintain the continuity of the banking business. Many factors influence customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of Competency, Image and Accessibility on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Syariah Surakarta Branch. The research method used is quantitative with Accidental Random Sampling sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that: 1) Competency, Image and Accessibility have an influence on customer satisfaction, 2) Customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty. 3) customer satisfaction can mediate between competency, image and accessibility to customer loyalty.
