Abstract
Information and Communication Technology is considered to have a very important role and has a major influence in all aspects of life, including the world of education. Currently, students rarely get software learning media that makes independent learning easier. Teachers also have not used many software-based media that facilitate independent learning, especially 3D-based learning media in the process of learning ICT subjects. Then the researchers looked for ideas to get software learning media which are considered rarely found in the learning process. so as to get 3D Virtual Reality-based learning support media on Android. Students prefer direct learning media that can attract their attention to learning. Multimedia learning media is very fun for them because not only they can see learning materials, but the use of multimedia-based learning media can stimulate their learning activities. This research was developed using the waterfall method. The results of testing this application are: 1) The media feasibility test obtained an average total score of 88.89%, so it was declared valid and very feasible. 2) User usability test using SUS obtained a result of 85.25 with a grade B scale in the Excellent category, so that the virtual tour application for computer development is feasible to use. 4) Test the functionality using black box to get 100% results so that it is declared very feasible.
