Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of orientation and organizational justice on organizational commitment to the employees of the Department of Transportation of Boyolali Regency. This research is a quantitative research using a sample of 75 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and R2 test. The results of the analysis show that career has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
